About Us
BRIEF HISTORY The United Christian Assembly of Nations
(UCAN)
UCAN was born (established) in 2013, following the leading
of the Holy Spirit to the Founder, Pastor Mama Rose Martin-King. Its first
Sunday Worship Service was held on 10th February 2013 at the Juba Conference
Room (JCR), UNMISS Compound, Tomping. The two-hour Sunday Service was held from
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The JCR continued to be the worship center until the
pandemic in March 2020, when the in-person service ceased, and we migrated to
online services via Microsoft Teams and Zoom. At UCAN, we believe in the power
of prayer, and we spend time in interceding for our families, South Sudan, UN
Leadership and staff, amongst others. UCAN, Juba, South Sudan is a Bible
based/non-denominational Assembly. We are a group of Christians from across the
world who are united in carrying out the great commission of our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ as commanded in Mk 16:15.

Our Mission: We are “Christ’s ambassadors called to impact
lives with the word of God within the UN and externally” • Ambassadors – to be
known for our love of the Father; • Impact lives – to be transformed by the
word of God and impact lives internally and externally
Isaiah
41:10 (NIV) - "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for
I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my
righteous right hand."
